The 60/10 full-hour focus timer

A full hour of uninterrupted focus, then a 10 minute break. This interval is for makers — writers, developers, artists — whose best work happens only after they have been inside a problem for a while.

One hour is demanding: it works best when you know exactly what you are working on before you start. Write the task down, close everything unrelated, and start the timer. If an hour reliably feels too long, drop to the 50/10 or 45/15 rhythm instead — the best interval is the one you finish.

Every completed hour is a big deposit into your focus garden: 60 minutes of growth per session.
